Boneset Tincture

We grow this in the herb garden and it attracts pollinators galore! Boneset traditionally has been used to reduce fever, increase urine output, cause vomiting, and treat constipation. Boneset is also used to treat influenza, swine flu, acute bronchitis, nasal inflammation, joint pain (rheumatism), fluid retention, dengue fever, and pneumonia; as a stimulant; and to cause sweating. It has been shown to have mild anti-inflammatory action and is an immune stimulant. Boneset should only be used during illness and pregnant and nursing women should not use it at all.
